There are two main beaches in Parksville, Parksville Beach and Rathtrevor Beach and they are the Number 1 attraction of the area. This is a photo of the Parksville beach at low tide. The weather was great, the sun was right and there were families out just enjoying the day. Altogether it made a picture I couldn't pass up. We regularly visit the Parksville beach to take photos during both the Sandcastle and Brandt Festivals, two annual area events.
