I had a privilage to visit Lourdes in 2009. How I wish I could go back. My heart remained in Lourdes. It is such a peaceful and beatiful place. It is such a holy place - the minute you are there, you start feeling it. Love Lourdes and I hope and pray that I go back.

i hope that once in my life i could go there in lourdes france, i'm from philippines and i am very eager to go there because of the story of st.bernadette soubirous. i am always searching through internet about the life and apparition of the blessed virgin and lourdes is the very amazing one. still this days many people go there and hoping for miracles and healings. many belives that the water from the spring hels people and i am believe it too..thanks for letting me comment here... nice photos...

I've been to Lourdes about 4 or 5 years ago in a journey from Paris to Spain (I was told Lourdes was most visited city in France after Paris (¡¡¡)). I didn't know anything about the city, but it had the largest range of hotels in Southern France. :). It's a really strange place, since everything was related to the church and the cult to Lourdes. I've just forgot about Lourdes, but it was funny now re-visiting the town again¡

This is the most beautiful church I have ever seen. This story will be passed on to my husband and young children. I hope to be able to visit, this church god willing in my life time if possible.
