This house looks (from the outside, anyway) like it's not in such bad shape. If only the walls could talk. If I had a couple of million dollars, I would buy some of these houses and fix them up, then sell them to poor families for $1.00.
Another unique looking little place. I love the details around the door and windows. And the gabled window upstairs. Looks like there was a detached garage and a nice basement too.
