Loosen the screw opposite the first one. Then loosen the other two screws and remove all four screws.

Yeah... it's not a cylinder head or a spacecraft, but it's good work practice to always loosen and tighten screws in a cross pattern like this.
That way it will be habit when you work on something where that technique is critical.
That's why it's habit for me and I do it every time.
