Driving from Newcastle in New South Wales to Kangaroo Island off Cape Jervis in South Australia, and back again, one passes through many country towns and across the Hay Plains. Agriculture and sheep and cattle dominate the landscape. Acres of canola create a splash of yellow across the fields, brightening even the dullest day. Changes of weather from bright sunshine to storms and driving rain, makes an interesting journey and a miriad of exciting pictures. The majority of these pictures were taken through the car windscreen.
