Dedicated to trumpeter Rik Albani.

My first musical instrument, a trumpet purchased through Chauncey Chatten. Among Chatten's better-known students as a South Brunswick High School Band Director was Donald Fagan, who together with Walter Becker formed 'Steely Dan'.

A great shot looking in the direction of the air stream. Those 3 valves provided a quantum leap from the Baroque to the modern era giving access to all harmonics.
