This town house was built at the end of the 15th century for one of the members of the Villebresme family, the owners of the château of Fougères-sur-Bièvre.
The residence has an unusual plan - two buildings stand on either side of the Rue Pierre-de-Blois and are linked by a timber-frame walkway.
Its decoration is gothic in style with small acrobats on the walkway brackets, a moulded window frame decorated with pendants and the figure of a monster at the end of the horizontal beam.
