I didn't know Costco had prepared bulgogi. Is it good? I make it all the time by marinatinjg thinly sliced skirt steak. I used to broil it in the oven, but now I cook it in my air fryer, which I love and adore. We also accompany it with Kokuho Rose rice sprinkled with norigoma furikake, which gives the rice a great flavor. I like kimchi but my husband doesn't! Traditional accompaniments for us are sauteed zucchini and sometimes apple slices which I "nuke" in the microwave.
