I have a 19-year-old iguana that size. They make wonderful pets and usually attach themselves to one person only, and then they do not like other humans. Mine loves tummy rubs and chin and ear rubs. He eats as if he were only a year old, great appetite still to this day. Take care of them and feed them correctly, and they may live to be 25!
