Lima is considered being gastronomic capital of Latin America. I fully share the same view as we tasted so many delicious things during our trip, like never before. This Andean dish was so succulent that I managed to scoop everything from the plate, and this happened to me for the first time in my life ! It had flambeed steak, caramelized Peruvian onions, paprica jellow, red pepper sautee, Pacific ocean weeds, oh hold me realy tight !
