Hey John, nice meeting you today. I'm still muddling through all my shots. I shot 500+ hoping to get a few keepers. I'm still experimenting with the 20D without a flash. The noice reduction is far better than the Digital Rebel but its still there at ISO 1600. I'll probably switch back over to flash for the regular season since NH gyms are so dark. I still may try my Alien Bee B800 to see how that works. Rick
