Ed looks for the meat of a shot. He took up the challenge of photographing fiery flamenco dancers. He nailed the image of “duende” (spirit of the dance) in the flip of a skirt, a twist of a delicate wrist, or in the eye of a dancer when she knows she’s captured her audience. Real photography that suspends raw power in the moment.
