Ugly Camera: Sears SL-9 in Jefferson County

To my eyes, this camera is sort of stark and ugly.
However, it is made almost completely of metal, and I think it is capable of some beautiful images.
Lens is not removable; it is a Rikenon f:2.8 / 5 cm, made for Sears by Ricoh.
The metering cell is dead; but there are manual override settings for shutter speed and aperture.
The little sticker I put on the back shows actual speeds for each marked speed; I tested them out electronically.
View in finder is nice and bright, and camera handles smoothly.

Today I drove a little into the country, camera loaded with Walgreens ASA 200 print film.
Byrnesville (not to be confused with Byrnesmill) is what is left of a very old settlement here in Jefferson County in the Big River Valley. And Cedar Hill is a few miles upstream.
The camera only focuses to 2 feet 6 inches at its closest, so for the macro shots, I used a +4 diopter filter screwed onto the front of the lens.
