Trolleys and Mass Transit 070718

Weather was great today, and I went to the National Museum of Transportation St. Louis.
Here is a little gallery of some of their artifacts relating to the theme of mass transit by rail.
Camera: Pentax *ist D with 18 - 55mm lens, with broken autofocus, so these were manually focused as well as hand held and available light.

The trolley's were so popular and a good reliable mode of transportation. Remember the trolley here in Media - they still run.

Yes, the streetcars in Pittsburgh in the 1950's were that design.
