Valentine Day at Shaw's

A raw day outside at Missouri Botanical Gardens, St. Louis; it was dark, cold and dreary.
Camera: Pentax ME, with SMC-M f:1.4 / 50mm lens, ASA 200 print film.
Scans of the negatives from the photo lab were murky, so I scanned them again with my Epson Perfection.
My own scans were a tad better, but I still had to tease these images out of the data.

Lovely view of the Japanese Garden...my favorite though I do like the 'Shade'
very much and the Berries are a refreshing dash of color on a cold, dim day.

Beautiful plact to take pictures, love that framework on the dome. Nice job overcoming the processing deficiencies with your scanner, too!
