Kimmswick Revisited

Kimmswick is the oldest non-Indian community here in Jefferson County, Missouri. Lewis and Clark, on their way to their staging area for their 1804 expedition, reported that there was already a thriving settlement at this location. The town grew up where a creek enters the Mississippi River.

The weather today was looking up (January 12), so I took a run over there, for a walking tour.

Camera: Sears KS-2, a nicely featured SLR body, compatible with the Pentax K Mount system, and presumably made by Ricoh of Japan in the 1980s.
I was carrying three lenses today, and made use of all of them:
Albinar macro-focusing f:2.8 / 28 mm wide,
Sears (Ricoh) f:1.7 / 50 mm normal,
and Accura T-Mount preset type manual diaphragm f:2.8 / 135 mm telephoto (this lens is almost identical to the Spiratone badged f:2.8 /135 mm).
Film was Fuji asa 200 print film.

Please remember to click on thumbnail images to see them full size.
