I picked this one up at Belleville Illinois Flea Market 2 weeks ago for ten dollars.
It is somewhat dated of a design, bigger than a cellphone or pocket digital but much smaller than an SLR. Very light and easy to hold.
It uses 4 common AA batteries, but a not so common XD data card.

After cleaning it I first caught a few frames in the backyard to see if it worked at all.

Then on Saturday I headed out to Rockford Beach dam and park on Big River near House Springs. I had not visited there in some time, since it had near record flooding followed by a prolonged period of serious drought. The big white boulders were added early last year in an attempt to stabilize the earth and concrete dam.

How did the camera perform? Well in my opinion,
it did okay with close work, but disappointing in landscape work. The imaging engine seems to have some difficulty with color rendition, can be seen in frames that include both blue sky and beige rock. Attempts to correct these in software did not go too far in images with a wide range of color.
