coming soon

a new pinhole camera, STILL UNTESTED.
I completed basic construction yesterday with the insertion of the pinhole plate inside behind the shutter.
I measured the diameter of the hole at approx. 0.14 mm. Distance from hole to filmplane measures at 65 mm.
That should give me an effective f stop of f: 464.
DOF will be tremendous.
Images should be relatively sharp for pinhole photography.
However, other factors may degrade the image, with those values.
If it fails miserably, I can readily install a larger pinhole and recalculate values.
By the way, bench testing seems to indicate that the finder arrangement I came up with may be rather accurate. The framing is about correct (allowing for parallax correction), when using the "tele" projected frame lines in the viewer.
