Cedar Hill with SMC-A 28 Prime Lens 062114

I continued my tests of that recently acquired Pentax K100 D, the one with the broken autofocus. This time I tried it with a different manual focus lens, a Pentax SMC-A 2.8/28 rather than the Vivitar 2.8/28 I used last week.

I headed out to Cedar Hill, Missouri, to see if the old mill on Big River is still standing.
The windows are just empty holes on the mill now, and the dam continues to deteriorate.

It was a hot and humid day, but the people in the water were probably enjoying it.

Lens seems adequate, though maybe like the Vivitar, I don't believe it is at its best at infinity focus.
