Bee Tree Park and Mississippi River

My good friend in Lancashire, England, sent me two English made classic cameras (an Ensign Ful-Vue and a Purma Plus) for my birthday.
I wanted to film test them in special places.

Yesterday was finally a fair weather day, so I headed out with the Ful-Vue, loaded with a fresh roll of 120 Fuji. Destination was Bee Tree Park, near the southeast tip of St. Louis County, Missouri, on high bluffs overlooking the Mississippi River, Illinois farmlands on the opposite side.

The 120 film had to be sent out for overnight service.

Meanwhile, I had a second camera, 35mm, with me for backup, an Olympus Stylus Infinity, zoom 35 - 70.
Very pocketable. Reasonably sharp. Although I do note softness and distortion in the corners of the frames at wide angle setting.
Some results below, asa 400 print film.
I will share images from the other camera, the English Ensign, when they are available.
