Actually, since the focus was on the wedding, I kept the kit to a minimum (e.g. no tripod) to make room for other required equipment (snorkel gear).

We stayed at Victoria House, on Ambergris Caye (pronounced "key"); which is located on the second largest barrier reef on the planet after the one in Australia. Aside from snorkeling, we got away for a day to Xunantunich, a ruined Mayan city inhabited from about 200AD-900AD.
