Shot from the Scheldt dike:distance 0.5 miles.
The polder was intentionally flooded for filming the movie "De Storm".
When there is an extreme spring-tide the water of the river can freely flow over a part of the dike (my position)and thus lower pression on Antwerpen and nearby villages.

Pretty scene. The bank on the opposite shore still seems safely above water line. Nice house over there with great viewing area
