There's a description at the top of the gallery of how they were done and the title of each image reflects which method, from this description, was used. As you'll read, almost all were experiments - some worked and some didn't, but that's how we learn.
I'm tempted to print this image or a similar one fairly large on canvas. I'd bet that very few observers would realize that it's a photograph.
