My 2nd PAD-post today; still playing catch up with sporadic internet access while on the the road.
This is your typical postcard shot of Yosemite Valley as seen from the Tunnel View parking area. El Capitan at left, Half Dome near center, Cathedral at right. Interesting cloud formation - a lenticular cloud I think.
Framed the image with the tree at left just to add a little personal touch - but a postcard's still a postcard, isn't it?
This image is not overexposed. Far from it. The white cloud is about 1/3 stop down from the far right side of the histogram. It's just a very unusual cloud formation devoid of the normal cloud "puffiness".
