Mount Moran (Teton range) reflected in the Snake River at Oxbow Bend just before sunrise (at my back).
Lots of stories with this one. 1. Cold. 2. Scene was being recorded by seemingly 100 photographers. 3. my camera decided to mess up the files on the memory card so that they couldn't be read (thankfully recovered them with Photo Rescue several days later when I got to an internet site and was able to download it).
Photography "on the road" is *interesting*. I got here nearly an hour before sunrise as I had observed the mob scene two days before. Set up the tripod in a prime spot - attempted to "match" the reflection with the vegetation in the foreground.
