Apply the CEP Vignette Blur. This is where the "magic" begins. We want to continue "cropping with light" as in the previous two steps. In this step we "cropped" further by blurring near the edges - keep the viewer's eyes focused (the edges are framing and supporting context, not the "story" here).
We could have blurred earlier, but it's better to get the image as close to the way we want it first *before* starting to apply the magic. Similarly, we're far better off getting the image as close to perfect as possible straight from the camera. "Mucking" in PS can only do so much.
