Poppies are in bloom. Highway median, route 211 west of Warrenton, VA, compliments of VDOT. The challenge is finding a place to pull off the highway. The median itself is plenty wide & safe - especially real early on a Sunday morning.
Arrived at sunrise, great light (overcast), and almost no wind. Now if I remained tick free after crawling around in knee high grass & weeds the morning will be a success.
