Boo - weak PAD attempt. No enthusiasm to go out hunting for the next great image.
Saw this while in the check out line at a local nursery for under a $1 (grown in Canada of all places for a cactus). It's about 3 inches high. Without anything to give it a sense of perspective, it could as easily been 3 feet high. Never did a cactus PAD - why not?
That baby's sharp. Careless picking it up when I was buying it & got nine hairlike spines in my thumb for my trouble.
