This is plan C. Plan A was to get up for sunrise shots at a highway median wildflower area (tomorrow); B was to drive to Meadowlark Botanical Garden to see if the lotus are in bloom (102 degree "real feel" is too hot - later this week); C is to go out the front door and check out my dahlias. They're just getting started. Less than half of the plants have flowers yet. Should be a good summer for dahlia photos.
