Wandering around this morning with the 105mm 1:1 macro lens looking for macro subjects when this stairway leaped out at me. I was leary of using the 105 on something this size, fearing that I might do damage to the lens. I guess no damage was done since I was so far away.
Decided to use it for the PAD just to prove that macro lenses do have other uses - although you'd never know it by me. Reminded me that working on compositions is fun. And without a zoom, reminded me that moving your feet works just as well as a zoom - except in this case I was sharing a travel lane with motor vehicles.
