At the edge of some wetlands where I was looking for dragonflies. Turned into a web-morning instead. This one and webs very close by were dew covered. Others, less than 50 feet away were bone dry - http://www.pbase.com/ed_k/image/48834544
Should have used the Nikkor lens. This Tamron is a bit softer on shots like this. Of course, shouldn't expect sharp focus when shooting something a light as a spider web with 1 full second shutter speed. This section of web is probably about 2 inches (5cm) on the long side - teeny tiny dew drops. Getting the camera's film plame (CCD) and the web mostly parallel wasn't that easy since the web bowed instead of being flat - plus I was about 3 feet away thus making it more difficult to judge parallism. Shoot & pray.
Those are plant stems in the background.
