1/3/05 - Great Blue Heron & Frog

Somehow, seeing the frog instead of a fish doesn't seem right. Could it be because with the legs flayed out it resembles a person? This is about as blue as I've ever seen the heron. It's usually more of a grey.

Natural nature is the best! Great composition, ripple in the water
and part reflection of the Heron and frog make this a winner in
my eyes Ed.

This Heron sure is blue Ed. I don't think I've seen one like this before. Nice catch! and the frog too. hehee
