10/30/04 - Heritage Hunt Oak

Woke up to thick fog. Spent all day yesterday in - thick fog. If I wanted to live in London, I'd have moved there (or is that London fog story fiction?) This is a nearly 200 year old speciman red oak along the 17th fairway of the Heritage Hunt G&CC, Gainesville, Virginia.

Truly a magnificent tree, Ed. Such a contrast between it and the newer on. Lovely fog/mist.
