Looking up the side of the top of a mountain (or at least what passes for mountains in this area). Lots of pretty rock formations, foliage, and couldy/rainy weather.
OK - I cheated a bit & used a 21 hour old photo from yesterday - but, hey, after tromping around all day yesterday in that stuff it's time for a break. Maybe tomorrow when the weather gets better we can get a sunrise/set - or something. Right now it's raining (what's new for the past few days) & I have six photos to mat for a competition tonight.
I just looked back at my PAD thumbnails. Do I shoot an abnormally large percentage of verticals or is it my imagination? I know that once I got my new tripod, ballhead, and *especially* the L-plate for my camera I don't even think twice about flipping - maybe that's the reason because I know previously I really had to want that vertical off a tripod to go through all of the effort to get it.
