Hadn't done one of these for quite a while. Not up to my better ones. However, good enough for a test of shooting this using the 18-200 with the Canon 300D closeup lens - a combo that I'd never tried before on this type of image.
Spot metered on the sun (when I could see it as clouds or fog kept obscuring it on a foggy morning). The spot metering kept the sun from turning into a white ball and gave me a nice silhouette for the grass. Getting the grass seed head lined up with the sun and everything sized and framed right was a challenge when the sun was only visible for maybe 3-4 seconds every several minutes. Patience is a virtue.
