Back to my trusty Nikkor 105 macro lens. The 18-200 with a Canon closeup lens that I'd been experimenting with wasn't bad but the 105 is better - even though it makes you work a bit harder for the composition.
I keep going back to the same few dahlia plants each morning because each day brings new buds and flowers to new stages in their development into some of nature's best & most beautiful objects.
