At first, Micah was scared after the robot came to life and actually interacted with him and the audience. We had to leave the area. Later, Max was "asleep" when we came by, so Micah had time to warm up to him before Max woke up again. The third time we came by Max, I had to drag Micah away. Thank you, Ford.
