This ring-necked Parakeet has just started visiting our garden, it makes a change from sparrows and pigeons!
This was a bit of a rushed shot, I had to grab my camera and take the shot through the patio window handheld without a tripod.
Hopefully, it will re-visit the garden and I'll have time to get a better shot. Many people are surprised that there are several breeding populations of Ring-necked Parakeets in south-eastern England, centred on south & west London and Thanet (Kent).
