Horned Grebe (Podiceps auritus).
Its Latin name is quite apt: "Podiceps" means "with feet far back", and "Auritus" means "like ears". As you can see, both notations suites well on this one! :)
Also note that the feet are not webbed, but instead each toe is wide and flattened, ensuring good propulsion, for sure!
