Sockeye Salmon with fire roasted red bell pepper and Italian bread crumbs.
Salad is red onion, endive, romain heart, butter lettuce & radicchio.
Corn was cooked using a mixture of Kraft (macaroni & cheese) cheese mix and butter.
Corn bread with honey butter.
