This, ummm, building is in the center of I-210 near downtown Pasadena, it appears to have something to do with the commuter rail line. I've driven by it many times and in the afternoon when the sun hits those orange windows they glow so bright it almost blinds you, so perhaps this was a distraction set up by the insurance companies?
