This had a regular glaze applied to the interior and rim, a "flashing slip" applied to the exterior
after bisque firing. Then a band of masking tape was wrspped around the middle during a dunk in
Helmar slip. In general, the slip was too thick, but it came out far better than the smaller mugs.
