This is an improvement done at the Montgomery County Community College West Campus in Pottstown. This allows
pedestrian travel from the primary campus area to the art center and gallery housed in an adaptively reused building
on High Street. Over top are the rails of what was once the Reading Railroad mainline to Reading, still an active route.
