For these a really rich, butter-laden soft dough is made up. After the first rise, chunks of the
dough are rolled out about 1/4 to 3/8 inch thick. Melted butter is brushed onto the surface, and
into the cups of a muffin pan. A pizza cutter is used to cut rectangles about the width and depth
of the muffin cups. Five or six pieces are stacked and placed edges down in the muffin cups.
