For a first attempt, Ye Olde Baker/Photographer was pleased
with the outcome. The dough had a touch of rye in the initial
sponge and whole wheat flour made up a significant portion (~40%)
of the total flour. The flavor was quite good. We may experiment with
the dough consistency and the time and temperature some more.
