Based on a fairly successful sourdough flatbread crust a few weeks back,
Ye Olde Baker decided to attempt some crackers for Valentine's Day. Not
obvious in the picture are onion powder, garlic powder, crumbled rosemary
and coarse pepper. Using sourdough gets us down to ingredients of flour
and water - no fat, no high fructose corn syrup, just basics! The flavor
was quite decent, the process still needs some work to get the
results crisp all the way through but not burned. Hey! Next time!
