Easter 2013 we fired up the oven to add to the meal. In the family we call this
"challah" although the fact it is made with a substantial amount of
butter probably disqualifies it as authentic. It is a rich soft dough with
egg, butter, oil and honey, and in this case, a smidgen of whole wheat flour.
