The hand is now "straight after undergoing Radialization. This is a process where the hand is moved
and repositioned on the Ulna. The incision on his wrist is where a tendon transfer was done to help hold the hand in place.
The "thumb" is visible which was created by shortening and relocating his
index finger to the position where his thumb should be.
