This is a back view of the rig, showing the plugs from the camera, flash, and vibration/blow dart sensors.

I use 1/8 inch stereo plugs, which have 3 wires. A couple of the cables only use 2 wires.

The unused plugs camera left have 4 wires each (these are the type of connectors that plug into video cameras and DVD players and have video plus left and right channel audio on the same plug.)

It's much easier to set up the rig using plugs. I can leave the wires hooked into the breadboard, and just plug the cables into the labeled plugs.

There is a separate power block off camera to the left that's used to power the LED room light, modeling light, and control panel light.
