The heads at the bottom edge of the photo are Brantford folk, I believe, as are the unnamed seated top heads, and the three guys standing. That's a grey lamp post rising upwards behind the railing.
Left to Right:
Tim MacMillan, the quiet, behaved one; David Goetz, pointing to something in the sky;
Shari Gardiner, hair above ear; Len Harris pointing to something straight below;
Sally VanAcker, smiling, above the very edge of Len's hand;
Steve Bentley, dark hair parted, to Len's immediate right, executing the wrap-around salute seen crossing Len's face; Bill Salyi smiling above Steve; Peter Nagora in shades, his hand, below Steve's face, indicating a "let's-take-it-easy here" approach;
Gary "Murray" Pearson, indeed, in white jacket; John Knott, face framed in white above Gary .. eerrr, above MURRAY, that is... ;
Although his face is not visible, honourable mention goes to Bob Richardson whose arm is parallel to the top of John's head. A variation of this pic in the 1972 Monocle shows Bob was indeed here. He must have lost balance for a moment in between Duncan's shots...

Draw a straight line up from the number 57 and you will see half of Richie Maxwell's face peaking through the gap; Scott Telford Wearing Heinz' favourite number: 57;

Mr. Ken "Bert" Olmstead to the right, and slightly above Scott. I believe it is also Ken who is doing the end run around Scott's face; Roy Collver, shiny buttons, head tilted, showing peace; Mike Jackson, looking downwards, to the right of Roy; There are two faces straight above Roy. Randy Gilbert with dark hair, is looking to the right. Above Randy, and at the bottom of Nathan's elbow is a partial face. I'm not sure at all but could it be David Lindsay ? ; To Randy's right is Ron Lea, long hair (Hell-we ALL had long hair) and smiling at the camera; Mr. Paul Shay, in white jacket, is to the right of, and just below Ron; to Paul's right, the last face, looking upward and to the left, is Glen Mills.
